CABINET BUMPERS

Atlantic Gasket Corporation manufactures high quality cabinet bumpers used for applications that require sound and vibration dampening, surface protection, and long-term durability. All of our adhesive-backed cabinet bumpers feature specially formulated acrylic adhesive, which provides a greater quick stick and stronger long term bonding to your cabinet doors and drawers than most other adhesives. Manufactured “kiss-cut” on a matrix pad or roll for easy removal and application, our solid urethane cabinet bumpers are available in four popular shapes including cylindrical, hemisphere, tapered square, and quiet top and our urethane foam bumpers are supplied in hexagonal and round shapes.

Self-Adhesive Urethane Cabinet Bumpers

They provide excellent skid resistance and a high coefficient of friction. Made of a non-marring and non-staining material, urethane cabinet bumpers have an acrylic-based adhesive for high initial adhesion. Urethane foam bumpers are available in off-white, black, and butterscotch (brown), while solid urethane bumpers are available in white, black, brown, and transparent (clear). Applying Adhesive-Backed Cabinet Bumpers

To apply the bumper to the contact surface, use a firm (thumb) pressure. Allow sufficient dwell time to increase the adhesion of the bumper to the surface. For maximum adhesion, ensure that the surface is uniform, clean, dry, and free of contaminants. To clean surfaces, use a low strength solvent such as isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) or heptane.
