Quality Assurance

As part of Atlantic’s program of continuous improvement, we have recently added an ISO compliant Internal Audit Program to formally audit all of the components of our Quality Assurance Manual.

We have appointed, trained and certified four auditors, including the QA Manager who will perform periodic audits of all components of the system.

Customer satisfaction is paramount at Atlantic, and a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program is an integral part of achieving that goal.

Environmental Awareness

In an effort to do our part to conserve critical (and costly) natural resources, Atlantic has recently taken action to improve the efficiency of our physical plant, with measurable success!

Included are such items as sealing cracks and joints in windows, doors and other exterior points; updating the urethane foam insulation coatings on all our roofs; fine-tuning boiler and roof-top unit operation; replacing older lighting fixtures with new energy-efficient fixtures, plus many smaller energy saving actions. GO GREEN!
