Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Parts

At Atlantic Gasket, we specialize in manufacturing custom rubber-to-metal bonded parts. We prepare the metal by removing protective oils so the rubber will adhere to the metal during the rubber molding process. Then, to create the proper surface, the metal is grit blasted or acid etched and coated with an adhesive. Once the part is molded, the excess rubber is trimmed from the part, the metal is cleaned then packaged to your specifications, and shipped to you on time.
