Rubber Gaskets
At Atlantic Gasket, most rubber grades are available as thin as .016" thk. to .250" thk. We provide materials in continuous rolls or cut-to-size for your specific applications. Most rubber grades come in a measure of hardness (durometer) as soft as 30 duro. and as hard as 90 duro.

Silicone Gaskets
At Atlantic Gasket, all silicone grades are available as thin as .008" thk. to 1" thk. and are offered in continuous rolls or cut to meet your precise requirements. All silicone grades come in a measure of hardness (durometer) as soft as 25 duro. and as hard as 80 duro. Standard colors include orange/red, black, gray, and white; special colors are available upon request.

EPDM Gaskets
At Atlantic Gasket, all EPDM grades are available as thin as .016" thk. up to .250" thk. We offer EPDM grades in continuous rolls of 36", 48", or 54" wide or we can custom die-cut each grade to your exact requirements. All EPDM grades come in a measure of hardness (durometer) as soft as 40 duro. and as hard as 80 duro.

Foam & Sponge Gaskets
As a leading gasket manufacturer, Atlantic Gasket utilizes a variety of foam and sponge materials to manufacture custom gaskets as small as .062” dia. and as large as 36” square as well as any size or shape in between. Gaskets can be supplied with internal cutouts including round holes, oval slots, square holes, etc. and any type of outside configuration imaginable.

Molded Gaskets
With our extensive processing capabilities, Atlantic Gasket can produce close tolerance molded gaskets quickly and cost-effectively. From concept and design to production of the finished product, we provide the service and technology needed to produce your molded gaskets and seals.

Neoprene Gaskets
At Atlantic Gasket, all Neoprene grades are available as thin as .016" thk. up to .250" thk. We offer Neoprene grades in continuous rolls of 36", 48", or 54" wide or we can custom die-cut each grade to your exact requirements. All Neoprene grades come in a measure of hardness (durometer) as soft as 30 duro. and as hard as 90 duro.

Non-metallic Gaskets
We produce custom die-cut non-metallic gaskets in any size, shape, and configuration ranging from 1/16” dia. to 36” square. Upon request, we can supply gaskets with an adhesive backing on one or both sides.

Flange Gaskets
Our flange gaskets can be supplied without bolt holes or we can supply the flange gasket with bolt holes to match up perfectly and create the optimum seal on your flange. Atlantic Gasket’s flange gaskets can be supplied in any desired configuration with the most common being rectangular, square and round.

Single-Sided Foam Tape

Cabinet Bumpers
Atlantic Gasket Corporation manufactures high quality cabinet bumpers used for applications that require sound and vibration dampening, surface protection, and long-term durability. All of our adhesive-backed cabinet bumpers feature specially formulated acrylic adhesive, which provides a greater quick stick and stronger long term bonding to your cabinet doors and drawers than most other adhesives.

Solid Urethane Bumpers
At Atlantic Gasket Corporation, we manufacture solid urethane bumpers that are specially designed for the cabinetry industry, but are also used in many other applications. Our cabinet bumpers offer maximum protection against nicks, scratches, scuffs, slippage, vibration, or noise transmission and are supplied “kiss-cut” on a matrix pad for easy removal and application. Our solid urethane cabinet bumpers perform well in applications where temperatures can range from 40°F (5°C) to 125°F (52°C).

Urethane Foam Bumpers
Atlantic Gasket Corporation, a leading cabinet bumper manufacturer, produces adhesive-backed urethane foam bumpers that are specially designed for application to kitchen cabinet doors and drawers to provide shock absorption and minimize sound. Urethane foam cabinet bumpers can also be used on the back of picture frames to prevent the movement of the frame once properly positioned and placed on the bottom of tabletop nick knacks to help prevent scratching or marring.

Door Spacers
Atlantic Gasket’s cabinet door panel spacers are designed to compensate for the expansion and contraction of panels in raised panel doors. Our cabinet door panel spacers both center the panel during assembly and prevent damage to the door when temperature and humidity changes often create stress on glue joints and fasteners. Additionally, our cabinet door panel spacer’s cushioning pressure helps to eliminate any rattling of the panels.
