The 100 High Temperature Acrylic adhesive family from 3M provides a short-term temperature
resistance of up to 450°F and an overall temperature range of -40°F to 450°F. Compared to other acrylic
adhesives, the 100 High Temperature Acrylic family provides high peel strength and is also strongly
resistant to shear even at elevated temperatures. This adhesive family displays an exceptional
resistance to solvents and low outgassing characteristics.
The 100 High Temperature Acrylic family, like the 100MP High Performance Acrylic and 100HT Ultra High
Temperature Acrylic families from 3M, can be provided in rolls up to 48” wide and slit down to widths of
your specific needs. It can also be laminated to our materials and then die cut, kiss cut, and water jet
cut into parts or strips of your necessity. These products include closed cell sponge, open cell sponge,
mechanical rubber (such as neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile/Buna-N), corks, cork rubbers, and many plastic
