Description: Style AG60LT is a 60 durometer low temperature silicone designed to be utilized in applications that require silicone and where the material will be exposed to lower temperatures. 60 durometer low temperature silicone is suitable in gasketing applications that have a temperature range of -103°F to +450°F. Style AG60LT takes a low compression set and provides excellent UV and ozone resistance. This non-toxic and chemically inert material is also fungus resistant. 60 durometer low temperature silicone is formulated to meet the physical requirements of ZZ-R-765 Class 1A Grade 60 and Class 1B Grade 60.
Atlantic Gasket’s low temperature silicone gasketing material is available in a wide range of durometers ranging from as soft as 40 Durometer (AG40LT) to as hard as 60 Durometer (AG60LT). 60 durometer low temperature silicone can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4" wide, up to 36" in width. Atlantic Gasket can supply Style AG60LT without adhesive or with either our standard acrylic adhesive or our high-temperature acrylic adhesive. 60 durometer low temperature silicone can be produced to a wide range thicknesses. Please contact Atlantic Gasket to discuss your application requiring 60 durometer low temperature silicone, as this material is made to order only. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to die-cut or waterjet cut 60 durometer low temperature silicone to meet your exact prototype and production requirements.
