Description: Style AG50EPHG is a 50 durometer high grade EPDM gasketing material designed for applications that require a high performance solid rubber material suitable for outdoor environments. Known by the chemical name ethylene propylene, Style AG50EPHG is formulated to meet the ASTM D2000 M2BA 507 C12 F17 standard. 50 durometer high grade EPDM has an operating temperature of -50°F to +220°F. A premium grade material, Style AG50EPHG provides users a higher tensile strength than our commercial grade EPDM (AG50EPCG).
Atlantic Gasket’s high grade EPDM is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 40 Durometer (AG40EPHG) to as hard as 80 Durometer (AG80EPHG) with standard durometers in between. Style AG50EPHG is available in the color black and can be manufactured in a wide range of standard thicknesses, ranging from as thin a 1/64" to as thick as 1/4", with custom thicknesses available upon request. 50 durometer high grade EPDM has a smooth finish and can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4 wide up to 48" in width. Additional widths can be manufactured upon request. Send in a drawing, and let Atlantic Gasket die-cut or waterjet 50 durometer high grade EPDM to meet both prototype and production requirements.
