Style AG60EPHG is a 60 durometer high grade EPDM gasketing material designed for applications that require a high performance solid rubber material suitable for outdoor environments. 60 durometer high grade EPDM has a service temperature of -50°F to +220°F. A premium grade material, Style AG60EPHG offers users a higher tensile strength than our commercial grade EPDM (AG60EPCG). Known by the chemical name ethylene propylene, Style AG60EPHG is formulated to meet the ASTM D2000 M2BA 607 C12 F17 standard.
Atlantic Gasket’s high grade EPDM is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 40 Durometer (AG40EPHG) to as hard as 80 Durometer (AG80EPHG) with standard durometers in between. Style AG60EPHG is available in the color black and can be manufactured in a wide range of standard thicknesses, ranging from as thin a 1/64" to as thick as 1/4", with custom thicknesses available upon request. 60 durometer high grade EPDM has a smooth finish and can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4 wide up to 48" in width. Additional widths can be produced upon request. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to fabricate 60 durometer high grade EPDM by die-cutting or waterjet cutting to meet your prototype and production requirements.
