Description: Style AG60NEFDA is a 60 durometer FDA grade neoprene designed for use in gasketing applications that may come into contact with food. 60 durometer FDA grade neoprene is formulated with FDA ingredients per 21 CFR 177.2600, a regulation that deals with rubber articles that are intended to be used in contact with food. Style AG60NEFDA has a service temperature of -30°F to +220°F, which provides users with resilience in both hot and cold temperatures.
Atlantic Gasket’s FDA grade neoprene is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 40 Durometer (AG40NEFDA) to as hard as 60 Durometer (AG60NEFDA) with standard durometers in between. Available in an off-white color, Style AG60NEFDA can be manufactured in a wide range of standard thicknesses, ranging from as thin a 1/32" to as thick as 1/4", with custom thicknesses available upon request. 60 durometer FDA grade neoprene has a smooth finish and can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4 wide up to 48" in width. Custom widths are available upon request. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to fabricate 60 durometer FDA grade neoprene by die-cutting or waterjet cutting to meet your prototype and production requirements.
