Thermoseal C-4300 is a general purpose high performance compressed gasket material which has good chemical and sealability characteristics while being reasonably priced. C-4300 is manufactured from synthetic fibers with a Nitrile binder system and is an exceptional gasket material for sealing liquids in high temperature applications up to 700°F (371°C) and for sealing gases and steam at temperatures up to 400°F (204°C). This material is typically used as a gasket or seal for compressors, pipe flanges, manways, pumps and valves.
Thermoseal C-4300 is available in sheets 60" x 60" square in the following thicknesses: 1/32", 3/64", 1/16", 3/32" and 1/8". If required, Atlantic Gasket will gladly die-cut or waterjet cut parts to your exact dimensions and can ship finished parts the same day if needed.
