Thermoseal C-4324 is a compressed fiber material with good fuel and oil resistance. C-4324 is manufactured from recycled Fiberglass and an Aramid blend with a Nitrile binder system and is an excellent gasket material for sealing liquids at low pressure in high temperature applications seeing temperatures up to 600°F (315°C) and for sealing gases and steam at 400°F (204°C). This material is typically used as a gasket or seal for compressors, pipe flanges, manways, pumps and valves in applications that require oil and fuel resistance at elevated temperatures.
Thermoseal C-4324 is available in sheets 60" x 60" square in the following thickness: 1/32", 1/16" and 1/8". We will gladly supply material in full sheets or allow Atlantic Gasket to die-cut or waterjet cut parts to your exact requirements. If needed, we can ship finished parts the same day.
