Thermoseal C-6327 is a compressed fiber material with good fuel and oil resistance. C-6327 is manufactured from synthetic fibers with a modified SBR binder system and is an excellent gasket material for low pressure applications sealing liquids at temperatures up to 500°F (260°C) and for sealing gases and steam at temperatures up to 400°F (204°C). This material is typically used as a gasket or seal for compressors, pipe flanges, manways, pumps and valves in applications that require good seal under a low bolt load.
Thermoseal C-6327 is available in sheets 60" x 60" square in the following thickness: 1/64", 1/32", 1/16", 3/32" and 1/8". We will gladly supply material in full sheets or allow Atlantic Gasket to die-cut or waterjet cut parts to your exact requirements. If needed, we can ship finished parts the same day.
