Description: Style FE450 Fluoroelastomer is a premium grade high performance gasket material that has excellent chemical and oil resistance, and is designed for demanding gasketing applications that can be exposed to extreme temperatures as low as -20°F (-28°C) to as high as 450°F (232°C). Style FE450 Fluoroelastomer is manufactured using 100% virgin terpolymer and meets FSA-DSJ-401-09 for flue duct expansion joints. This material meets the Viton “B” requirements of 68% Fluorine and is an exceptional material for severe gasket and sealing applications.
Style FE450 Fluoroelastomer gasket material is available in standard thickness of 1/16", 3/32" 1/8", 3/16" and ¼" in rolls 36" and 48" wide with other thickness and roll widths quoted upon request. This gasket material can be supplied with or without an adhesive backing and can be die-cut or waterjet cut to your exact requirements. FE450 Fluoroelastomer is manufactured black in color and can be supplied slit to rolls as narrow as ¼" up to 48" wide.
