Thermoseal Top-Chem 2006 is a PTFE high performance gasket material and because of its good resistance in strong alkaline it is often used as a gasket or seal in many Chemical or Petrochemical applications. Top-Chem 2006 is pigment free and FDA compliant making it an excellent gasket material for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. This material provides good sealing characteristics at both low and medium temperatures and offers excellent resistance to many chemicals.
Thermoseal Top-Chem 2006 is supplied 1/16" and 1/8" thick in sheets 60" x 60" square. If you prefer to receive finished gaskets, please allow Atlantic gasket to die-cut or waterjet cut parts to your exact requirements. For larger runs, die-cutting would be the most efficient cutting process, but for shorter runs or for when parts are needed yesterday, waterjet parts would be the best option.
