AG-3616 light gold soft silicone rubber is a thermally conductive gap filler provided with a polyester carrier on one side. The soft silicone gap pad filler is embedded with fiberglass support and acts as a thermal conductor for transferring heat from a heat-generating surface to the ambient environment or a heat sink. AG-3616 silicone gap pad filler has a thermal conductivity of 5 W/mK and volume resistivity of 1.0E+12 ohm-cm.
The AG-3616 thermally conductive soft silicone rubber comes in a thickness range of .5mm to 5.0mm with a hardness of 54 durometer (Shore 00) and is a light gold color. The gap filler has outstanding compressibility, flexibility, and wet-out while carrying a UL94 V-0 rating and continuous use temperature resistance of -60°C to 200°C (-76°F to 392°F).
This silicone gap pad filler has a wide range of applications, such as automotive/LED lighting, EV, smart phones, aerospace, batteries, consumer electronics, and more. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to custom-cut gaskets and pads from the AG-3616 silicone rubber via die-cutting, waterjet-cutting, and knife-cutting.
