AG-3754 Thermally Conductive Soft Silicone Gap Filler

AG-3754 green soft silicone rubber is a thermally conductive gap filler provided with a blue diamond embossed LDPE liner on one side and polyester carrier on the other. The soft silicone gap pad filler is embedded with fiberglass support and acts as a thermal conductor for transferring heat from a heat-generating surface to the ambient environment or a heat sink. AG-3754 silicone gap pad filler has a thermal conductivity of 3 W/mK and volume resistivity of 1.0E+11 ohm-cm.

The AG-3754 thermally conductive soft silicone rubber comes in a thickness range of .5mm to 5.0mm with a hardness of 41 durometer (Shore 00) and is a blue color. The gap filler has outstanding converting properties, flexibility, wet-out, and good thermal conductivity while carrying a UL94 V-0 rating and continuous use temperature resistance of -60°C to 200°C (-76°F to 392°F).

This silicone gap pad filler has a wide range of applications, such as automotive/LED lighting, EV, smart phones, aerospace, batteries, consumer electronics, and more. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to custom-cut gaskets and pads from the AG-3754 silicone rubber via die-cutting, waterjet-cutting, and knife-cutting.
