Typical Properties of Style AG60NEMG 60 Durometer Medium Grade Neoprene

Description: Style AG60NEMG is a 60 durometer medium grade neoprene gasketing material designed for use in a wide variety of applications which require a higher percentage of neoprene than our commercial grade (AG60NECG). Style AG60NEMG is made from Neoprene (51%) and a blend of other elastomers and has a service temperature of -30°F to +200°F. 60 durometer medium grade neoprene offers moderate resistance to oil and gasoline. Known by the chemical name chloroprene, Style AG60NEMG also provides good weathering and ozone resistance for your gasketing applications. Style AG60NEMG is formulated to meet the ASTM D2000 M1BC 607 specification.

Atlantic Gasket’s medium grade neoprene is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 30 Durometer (AG30NEMG) to as hard as 80 Durometer (AG80NEMG) with standard durometers in between. Style AG60NEMG is available in the color black and can be manufactured in a wide range of standard thicknesses, ranging from as thin a 1/64" to as thick as 1/2", with custom thicknesses available upon request. 60 durometer medium grade neoprene has a smooth finish and can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4 wide up to 48" in width. Additional widths are available upon request. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to fabricate 60 durometer medium grade neoprene by die-cutting or waterjet cutting to meet your prototype and production requirements.
