Description: Style AG70NBRBD is a 70 durometer bio-diesel grade nitrile designed and developed for use in gasketing applications where alternative fuels are present. Style AG70NBRBD has a service temperature of -30°F to +220°F. Immersion test results indicate that 70 durometer bio-diesel grade nitrile is compatible with alternative fuels and is suitable for Bio-Diesel B20 (20% Bio-Diesel and 80% Petroleum Diesel) and Bio-Diesel B100 (100% Bio-Diesel).
Atlantic Gasket’s bio-diesel grade nitrile is available in both 60 durometer (AG60NBRBD) and 70 durometer (AG70NBRBD). Style AG70NBRBD is available in the color black and can be manufactured in a wide range of standard thicknesses, ranging from as thin as 1/32" to as thick as 1/2", with custom thicknesses available upon request. 70 durometer bio-diesel grade nitrile has a smooth finish and can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4 wide up to 48" in width. Additional widths are available upon request. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to die-cut or waterjet cut 70 durometer bio-diesel grade nitrile to meet your exact requirements.
