Description: Style AG60NBRCG is a 60 durometer commercial grade nitrile gasketing material designed for use in a wide variety of gasketing applications that require a solid rubber material that provides resistance to oil. 60 durometer commercial grade nitrile provides users with an operating temperature of -20°F to +170°F. Also known as Buna-N, Style AG60NBRCG is formulated to meet the ASTM D2000 1BF 609 and SAE J200 1BF 609 specifications.
Atlantic Gasket’s commercial grade nitrile is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 40 Durometer (AG40NBRCG) to as hard as 80 Durometer (AG80NBRCG) with standard durometers in between. Style AG60NBRCG is available in the color black and can be manufactured in a wide range of standard thicknesses, ranging from as thin a 1/32" to as thick as 1", with custom thicknesses available upon request. 60 durometer commercial grade nitrile has a smooth finish and can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4 wide up to 48" in width. Additional widths are available upon request. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to fabricate 60 durometer commercial grade nitrile by die-cutting or waterjet cutting to meet your prototype and production requirements.
