Typical Properties of Style AG70NBRCG 70 Durometer Commercial Grade Nitrile

Description: Style AG70NBRCG is a 70 durometer commercial grade nitrile gasketing material designed for use in a wide variety of gasketing applications that require a solid rubber material that provides resistance to oil. Also known as Buna-N, 70 durometer commercial grade nitrile is formulated to meet the ASTM D2000 1BF 710 and SAE J200 1BF 710 specifications. Style AG70NBRCG provides users with a service temperature of -20°F to +170°F.

Atlantic Gasket’s commercial grade nitrile is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 40 Durometer (AG40NBRCG) to as hard as 80 Durometer (AG80NBRCG) with standard durometers in between. Style AG70NBRCG is available in the color black and can be manufactured in a wide range of standard thicknesses, ranging from as thin a 1/32" to as thick as 1", with custom thicknesses available upon request. 70 durometer commercial grade nitrile has a smooth finish and can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4 wide up to 48” in width. Additional widths are available upon request. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to die-cut or waterjet cut 70 durometer commercial grade nitrile to meet your exact requirements.
