Typical Properties of Style AG60CG 60 Durometer Commercial Grade Silicone

Description: Style AG60CG is a 60 durometer commercial grade silicone, which is designed for use in gasketing applications that do not require demanding physical properties, but where higher temperature resistance is required. AG60CG has a service temperature of -80°F to +450°F, with the ability to handle +500°F on an intermittent basis. Style AG60CG commercial grade silicone offers excellent UV and ozone resistance. AG60CG is a non-toxic and chemically inert silicone material.

Atlantic Gasket’s commercial grade silicone gasketing material is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 30 Durometer (AG30CG) to as hard as 80 Durometer (AG80CG) with standard durometers in between. Style AG60CG can be supplied in either red or black in color with select thicknesses available in grey. AGCG60 can be produced in rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4" wide, up to 48" in width. Atlantic Gasket can supply AG60CG without adhesive or with either our standard acrylic adhesive or our high-temperature acrylic adhesive. AG60CG commercial grade silicone can be manufactured in thicknesses ranging from as thin as .016" to as thick as 1". Atlantic Gasket has the ability to fabricate 60 durometer commercial grade silicone by die-cutting or waterjet cutting to meet your prototype and production requirements.
