Typical Properties of Style AGSICG60 60 Durometer Commercial Grade Silicone Rubber

Style AGSICG60 silicone rubber is a 60 durometer commercial-grade silicone that is designed for gasket applications where high temperature resistance and extreme temperatures are an issue. This silicone rubber can endure a temperature range of -76°F to 450°F (-60°C to 232°C) and intermittently to 500°F (260°C). The commercial grade silicone provides many benefits such as a low compression set and excellent resistance to UV, ozone, weathering, and oxidation. It has a good chemical resistance as well.

The commercial grade silicone rubber offered by Atlantic Gasket comes in a wide range of durometers, widths, thicknesses, and colors. Style AGSICG60 silicone is a 60 durometer which is also available at 30 durometer (AGSICG30), 40 durometer (AGSICG40), 50 durometer (AGSICG50), 70 durometer (AGSICG70), and 80 durometer (AGSICG80), along with widths of 36"/48" - 70" and thicknesses from .010" to 1". It is also available in colors such as red, black, and grey along with the ability to have a pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to this silicone rubber. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to slit AGSICG60 to widths as narrow as ¼" or as wide as 48" - 70". The commercial grade 60 durometer silicone rubber can be cut to size for custom parts either using our high-speed die-cutting process or our high-precision waterjet-cutting mahine for production quantities and/or prototype requirements.
