Description: Style AG30FS 30 durometer fluorosilicone gasketing material is designed to be utilized in gasketing applications where general purpose silicone (AG30GP) would degrade by harsh chemicals or fluids. 30 durometer fluorosilicone will perform in extreme low and high temperature, with a service temperature of -80°F to +500°F. Style AG30FS is naturally UV and ozone resistant and offers extreme resistance to fuels and solvents. 30 durometer fluorosilicone is fungus resistant and takes a low compression set. Consider using 30 durometer fluorosilicone gasketing material in applications where the gasket requires silicone, but where extreme conditions exist.
Atlantic Gasket’s fluorosilicone gasketing material is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 30 Durometer (AG30FS) to as hard as 70 Durometer (AG70FS) with standard durometers in between. Style AG30FS can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4" wide, up to 36" in width. Atlantic Gasket can supply AG30FS without adhesive or with either our standard acrylic adhesive or our high-temperature acrylic adhesive. AG30FS fluorosilicone can be manufactured to standard and custom thicknesses. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to fabricate 30 durometer fluorosilicone by die-cutting or waterjet cutting to meet your requirements from the design stage through the production phase.
