Typical Properties of Style AGFS60 60 Durometer Fluorosilicone Rubber

AGFS60 is a 60 durometer blue fluorosilicone rubber which is designed for gasket applications requiring a low compression set, excellent fuel and solvent resistance, and resistance to extreme temperatures. This fluorosilicone meets specifications, like MIL-R-25988 TY2 CL1 GR60 for aerospace and aeronautical applications, MIL-DTL-25988 TY2 CL1 GR60, AMS-R-25988 TY2 CL1 GR60, ASTM D2000 M2FK606 A19 EF31 E036 F19, and AMS 3325. Atlantic Gasket’s AGFS60 endures a temperature range of -80°F (-62°C) to 500°F (260°C) and also has excellent resistance to oxidation, UV, ozone, and weathering.

AGFS60 blue fluorosilicone, offered by Atlantic Gasket, comes in a variety of durometers, thicknesses, colors, and widths. This fluorosilicone is 60 durometer but is also available at 40 durometer (AGFS40), 50 durometer (AGFS50), and 70 durometer (AGFS70) along with widths of up to 36", 48" – 60" and thicknesses from .010" to .500". AGFS60 has the ability to have a pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to this silicone rubber. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to slit AGFS60 to widths as narrow as ¼" or as wide as 36", 48" – 60". The fluorosilicone rubber can be cut to size for custom parts either using our high-speed die-cutting process or our high-precision waterjet-cutting machine for production quantities and/or prototype requirements.
