Viton® rubber gasket material

Viton® rubber gasket material can be purchased from gasket manufacturer Atlantic Gasket Corporation as either a rubber sheet or as rubber gaskets produced to exact specifications. Viton® rubber gaskets come as thin as .016” or as thick as .250”, and are available in many grades: Commercial Grade Viton® rubber, Viton® A rubber, Viton® B rubber, Viton® F rubber, Viton® Extreme rubber, and Viton® Base Resistance rubber. They also can be made at different levels of hardness, from 55 to 90 durometer. Viton® rubber washers exhibit excellent resistance to heat, oil, and many concentrated acids, quite resistant to aliphatic hydrocarbon fluids, and display great impermeability to gasses. With these properties, Viton® rubber is sure to make up some of the best gaskets in the industry.
