Silicone Gaskets

Rubber gasket manufacturer, Atlantic Gasket Corporation, offers a broad range of silicone grades to produce custom rubber silicone die cut and waterjet cut gaskets that meet exact customer specifications. At Atlantic Gasket, all silicone grades are available as thin as .008" thick to 1" thick and are offered in continuous rolls or cut to meet your precise requirements. All silicone grades come in a measure of hardness (durometer) as soft as 25 durometer, and as hard as 80 durometer. Standard colors include orange/red, black, gray, and white; special colors are available upon request.

Specification Grade (GP) Silicone

Fluorosilicone (FS) Silicone

FDA Grade (FDA)

Translucent Grade Silicone

Closed cell Silicone sponge is an excellent gasket material for applications that require a soft compressible material that can be used in extreme temperatures from -103° F to + 450° F. Closed Cell Silicone Foam

Closed cell Silicone Foam is a lightweight Silicone foam with excellent resistance to UV and Ozone. This material is an exceptional gasket material and can be used to seal electronics and lighting enclosures and is often used to reduce shock and isolate vibration. The operating temperature of this material is -67° F to + 392° F and it is a UL94 V-0 and UL94 HF-1 listed material. Open Cell Silicone Foam

Open cell Silicone foam is designed as a gasket material for applications that require a lightweight and easy to compress material. This material is UV and ozone resistant and takes a low compression set. It is listed under UL94 V-0 and UL94 HF-1 and meets the requirements of FDA regulation CFR 117.2600. By investing in state-of-the-art die cutting and waterjet cutting equipment, Atlantic Gasket is able to produce custom silicone rubber gaskets and die-cut parts as small as 1/16" diameter up to 36" diameter and any size or shape in between. If required, silicone rubber gaskets can be custom manufactured at Atlantic Gasket with an acrylic or high temperature silicone adhesive backing. Viton® gasket material

Viton® gasket material is available as rubber sheets, finished rubber gaskets, die cut parts and sealing components from Atlantic Gasket Corporation. Viton® rubber gasket material is available in many grades: Commercial Grade Viton® rubber, Viton® A rubber, Viton® B rubber, Viton® F rubber, Viton® Extreme rubber, and Viton® Base Resistance rubber. Viton® rubber sheets and washers are available with thickness ranging from .016" to .250" and hardness ranging from 55 to 90 durometer. These rubber gaskets are gas-impermeable, heat-, oil-, and acid-resistant, and quite resistant to aliphatic hydrocarbon fluids.
