Style AG30GP is a 30 durometer specification grade silicone, which is manufactured for use in gasketing applications that require demanding physical properties and lower compression set. AG30GP 30 durometer specification grade silicone has a service temperature of -80° F to +500° F. Style AG30GP offers excellent UV and ozone resistance. 30 durometer specification grade silicone is a non-toxic and chemically inert material and is manufactured using all FDA approved ingredients. Overall, Style AG30GP is an excellent 30 durometer general purpose silicone.
Atlantic Gasket’s specification grade silicone gasket material is available in a wide range of durometers ranging from, as soft as 30 durometer (AG30GP), to as hard as 80 Durometer (AG80GP), with other durometers available in between. Style AG30GP is supplied red in color and can be slit into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4" wide, to a maximum width of 36". Atlantic Gasket has the ability to provide 30 durometer specification grade silicone without adhesive or with an acrylic adhesive. We can apply our standard acrylic adhesive or our high-temperature acrylic adhesive to 30 durometer silicone. AG30GP specification grade silicone can be manufactured in thicknesses ranging from as thin as .016” to as thick as 1". Atlantic Gasket has the ability to fabricate 30 durometer general purpose silicone by die-cutting or waterjet cutting to meet your exact requirements.
