Style AG50GP is a 50 durometer specification grade silicone, which is manufactured for use in gasketing applications that require demanding physical properties and lower compression set. AG50GP 50 durometer specification grade silicone has a service temperature of -80° F to +500° F. Style AG50GP offers excellent UV and ozone resistance. 50 durometer specification grade silicone is a non-toxic and chemically inert material and is manufactured using all FDA approved ingredients. Style AG50GP is a 50 durometer general purpose silicone which meets the physical requirements of ZZ-R-765 Class 2A Grade 50 and Class 2B Grade 50.
Atlantic Gasket’s specification grade silicone is general purpose silicone gasketing material and is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 30 Durometer (AG30GP) to as hard as 80 Durometer (AG80GP) with standard durometers in between. Style AG50CG can be supplied in either red or black in color and grey in color for select thicknesses. 50 Durometer specification grade silicone can be manufactured in rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4" wide, up to 48" in width. Atlantic Gasket can produce AG50GP without adhesive or with either our standard acrylic adhesive or our high-temperature acrylic adhesive. AG50GP 50 durometer specification grade silicone can be manufactured in thicknesses ranging from as thin as .016" to as thick as 1". Atlantic Gasket has the ability to fabricate 50 durometer specification grade silicone by die-cutting or waterjet cutting to meet your prototype and production requirements.
