Style AG60GP is a 60 durometer specification grade silicone, which is manufactured for use in gasketing applications that require demanding physical properties and lower compression set. AG60GP 60 durometer specification grade silicone has a service temperature of -80° F to +500° F. Style AG60GP offers excellent UV and ozone resistance. 60 durometer specification grade silicone is a non-toxic and chemically inert material and is manufactured using all FDA approved ingredients. Style AG60GP is a 60 durometer general purpose silicone which meets the physical requirements of A-A-59588 Class 2A Grade 60 and Class 2B Grade 60.
Atlantic Gasket’s specification grade silicone gasketing material is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 30 Durometer (AG30GP) to as hard as 80 Durometer (AG80GP) with standard durometers in between. AG60GP can be supplied in either red or black in color. Select thicknesses are available in grey. Style AG60GP can be produced in rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4" wide, up to 48" in width. Atlantic Gasket can supply 60 durometer specification grade silicone without adhesive or with either our standard acrylic adhesive or our high-temperature acrylic adhesive. AG60GP 60 durometer specification grade silicone can be manufactured in thicknesses ranging from as thin as .016" to as thick as 1". Atlantic Gasket has the ability to die-cut or waterjet cut 60 durometer general purpose silicone to meet your exact requirements.
