Thermoseal Top-Chem 2000 is a PTFE high performance gasket material that can be used as a gasket or seal in almost any Chemical or Petrochemical applications. Top-Chem 2000 is a FDA compliant gasket material that offers superior mechanical properties at elevated temperatures and surface loads. This material is Thermoseal’s only PTFE that has been certified to a Fire Test according to API 6FA and offers excellent resistance to alkaline and acidic attack.
Thermoseal Top-Chem 2000 is supplied .040", 1/16" and 1/8" thick in sheets 60" x 60" square. If you prefer to receive finished gaskets, please allow Atlantic gasket to die-cut or waterjet cut parts to your exact requirements. For larger runs, die-cutting would be the most efficient cutting process, but for shorter runs or when parts are needed yesterday, waterjet parts would be the best option.
