Description: Style AG70NBRTG is a 70 durometer transformer grade nitrile designed for gasketing applications that are specific to the transformer oil market. 70 durometer transformer grade nitrile works to help dissipate the likelihood of high electrostatic charging tendencies. 70 durometer transformer grade nitrile is a highly engineered material that is formulated to meet the ASTM D 2000 5BG 720 A14 B14 EO34 callouts and meets the General Electric industry specification of EA12C11E7. Style AG70NBRTG has an operating temperature of -20°F to +250°F.
Atlantic Gasket’s transformer grade nitrile is available in both 60 durometer (AG60NBRTG) and 70 durometer (AG70NBRTG). Style AG70NBRTG is available in the color black and can be manufactured in a wide range of standard thicknesses, ranging from as thin as 1/32" to as thick as 1/2", with custom thicknesses available upon request. 70 durometer transformer grade nitrile has a smooth finish and can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4 wide up to 48" in width. Additional widths are available upon request. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to die-cut or waterjet cut 70 durometer transformer grade nitrile to meet your exact requirements.
