High Quality Custom Gaskets Manufacturer

Atlantic Gasket Corporation has been manufacturing custom die-cut gaskets for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Delaware for over 70 years. As a high quality custom gaskets manufacturer, Atlantic Gasket continues to lead the way in gasket engineering and design, replacing mechanical stamping presses and die sets with rotary and flatbed die-cutters. The addition of innovative high pressure digital waterjet cutting technology allows Atlantic to produce precision parts in nearly any material with no tooling, and the advent of automated material feed systems and digital cutting methods adds speed and flexibility to our manufacturing processes.

Gasket engineering and design services can include CAD documentation, design and material upgrades to existing components, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping for new concepts, and low volume production runs for testing.

Quality materials are essential for manufacturing custom die-cut gaskets, and Atlantic has one of the most extensive inventories of solid rubber materials available anywhere. Measured in durometers, Atlantic Gasket’s inventory of rubber ranges across the spectrum of material properties and industrial applications, and includes rubbers as soft as 30 durometers up to hard rubbers of 90 durometers, with thicknesses ranging from .016" thick up to 1".

  • Neoprene Rubber- Good resistance to oil and petroleum based solvents. FDA Neoprene meets CFR 117.2600 for food applications.
  • EPDM Rubber- Excellent resistance to ozone, sun, oxygen, acids, alkali, and ketones. EPDM rubber can be used in temperature ranges from -60°F to +300°F (-51°C to +149°C).
  • Nitrile (Buna-N) Rubber- Provides excellent resistance to oils, solvents, and fuels.
  • Silicone Rubber- Extreme high and low temperature range, UV / Ozone resistant, and fungus resistant.
  • Viton® (Fluoroelastomer) Rubber- Excellent resistance to heat, oil, and many types of concentrated acids. Viton® Rubber is also resistant to many aliphatic hydrocarbon fluids with excellent impermeability to gases.
  • Hypalon (CSPE/CSM) Rubber- excellent resistance to ozone and sunlight aging.
  • Butyl Rubber- excellent weathering properties, heat, acids, and alkali resistance, low gas permeability and high dielectric strength.

Atlantic Gasket Corporation also carries a wide selection of open and closed cell foams and sponge materials to meet any specification. Contact Atlantic Gasket discuss your needs for gasket engineering and design, and manufacturing custom die-cut gaskets.
