Style AG-593F-75 is an electrically-conductive shielding gasket material that is a 75 durometer (Shore A) silver-coated nickel-filled fluorosilicone elastomer which protects electronic equipment and produces shielding against radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI). AG-593F-75 silver-coated nickel-filled fluorosilicone has a volume resistivity of .001 ohm/cm with a shielding effectiveness of 100 dB.
AG-593F-75 is similar to our other electrically-conductive silver-coated nickel-filled elastomer, AG-593-75 (Silicone), as they both contain the same filler. This silver-coated nickel-filled fluorosilicone can be converted into die-cut and water jet cut parts or provided as sheets of different sizes. It is provided in either a tan or gray color.

We offer AG-593F-75 silver-coated nickel filler in fluorosilicone which has a wide temperature range and acts as an environmental sealant, especially against a harsh environment containing fuels and solvents. When compared to other fillers such as silver-coated aluminum, silver-coated copper, silver-coated glass, nickel-coated aluminum, and nickel-coated graphite, silver-coated nickel is effectively conductive with a good volume resistivity.
