Style AG-613-60-V1 is an electrically-conductive shielding gasket material that is a flame-retardant 60 durometer (Shore A) nickel-coated graphite-filled silicone elastomer which protects electronic equipment and produces shielding against radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI). AG-613-60-V1 nickel-coated graphite-filled silicone is conforms to the UL-94 V1 flammability rating. It has a volume resistivity of .02 ohm/cm with a shielding effectiveness of 90 dB.
AG-613-60-V1 is similar to our other electrically-conductive nickel-coated graphite-filled flame-retardant elastomers such as AG-613-40-V1 (silicone) and AG-613-60-V0 (silicone) which conform to UL-94 V1 and V0 respectively. This nickel-coated graphite-filled silicone can be converted into die-cut and water jet cut parts or provided as sheets of different sizes and continuous rolls. The material can be provided in a black color.

The chart below compares the electrically-conductive nickel-coated graphite-filled silicone to other filler materials that act as electromagnetic interference (EMI)/radio frequency interference (RFI) shielding. We offer the nickel-coated graphite-filled silicone which acts as a great sealant against environmental factors and large temperatures ranges. When compared to other fillers such as silver-coated copper, silver-coated glass, and silver-coated aluminum, nickel-coated graphite has a conductivity that is comparable to its silver counterparts.
