Style AG-613-65-CR is an electrically-conductive shielding gasket material that is a 65 durometer (Shore A) nickel-coated graphite-filled silicone elastomer which protects electronic equipment and produces shielding against radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI). AG-613-65-CR nickel-coated graphite-filled silicone is produced in continuous rolls up to 15” in width and provides a volume resistivity of 0.007 ohm/cm.
AG-613-65-CR is similar to our conductive fabric-reinforced nickel-coated graphite-filled silicones since they all come in continuous rolls and useful/efficient when die cutting parts on a machine. This electrically-conductive silicone can be converted into die-cut and water jet cut parts or provided in continuous rolls. The rolls of AG-613-65-CR are provided in a dark gray color.

The chart below compares the electrically-conductive nickel-coated graphite-filled silicone to other filler materials that act as electromagnetic interference (EMI)/radio frequency interference (RFI) shielding. We offer the nickel-coated graphite filler in silicone which has a wide temperature range and acts as an environmental sealant. When compared to other fillers such as silver-coated aluminum, silver-coated copper, and silver-coated glass, nickel-coated graphite has a conductivity that is comparable to its silver counterparts.
