Electrical Insulating and Vulcanized Fiber / Fishpaper Alternative Materials

A cutting edge Philadelphia gasket manufacturer / die cutter, Atlantic Gasket Corporation, supplies electrical insulating and Vulcanized Fiber / Fishpaper alternative materials to produce die cut parts, gaskets and seals, and other products used in many automotive, electrical, and mechanical applications, as well as in lighting fixtures, transformers, and many small appliances. Our relationship with Windsor-Stevens, Inc., a leading material manufacturer, allows us to supply our customers with six different electrical insulation and specialty fiberboards, each manufactured in a multi-ply construction from unbleached Kraft pulp. Strong, lightweight, and tear-resistant, our electrical insulating and Vulcanized Fiber / Fishpaper alternative materials can utilize one or any combination of our in-house manufacturing capabilities from engineering, design, to die-cutting, waterjet cutting, fabrication, laminating, and slitting. Read on to find out what material choices are available for your end application.
