Description: Style RE41EPT closed cell EPDM sponge can be utilized in many indoor and outdoor gasketing applications that require a temperature range of -70°F to 220°F. Closed cell EPDM sponge offers excellent resistance to acid, alkali, ozone, and oxidation. RE41EPT closed cell EPDM passes the flammability specification of FMVSS-302 at .188" or thicker. RE41EPT closed cell EPDM sponge is UL48, UL50E (continuous and periodic compression) and UL508 listed. RE41EPT EPDM meets the physical property requirements of ASTM D 1056-07 2A1.
Style RE41EPT closed cell EPDM is a soft density material, which is also available in a medium density (RE42EPT). Style RE41EPT can be supplied in rolls ranging from, as narrow at 1/4" wide, up to 54" wide. Atlantic Gasket has the ability to supply RE41EPT with or without adhesive. Style RE41EPT EPDM closed cell sponge can be die-cut or waterjet cut to your exact requirements.
