Description: Style AG-4911 4# density EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) closed cell foam is designed to be a low density / lightweight gasket material which offers excellent resistance to chemicals in gasketing applications up to 220°F and as low as -110°F. This gasket material has a fine cell structure with a smooth surface and is listed as RE42/RE43 under ASTM D 1056-78 and 2A2/2A3 under ASTM D 1056-07. Our EVA foam can be used in both indoor and outdoor industrial applications as gaskets and is commonly used in the fenestration industry as window seals. EVA’s resilient, elastic and flexible properties also allows this material to be used in many sports equipment applications.
Style AG-4911 EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) closed cell foam is a 4# density material and is also offered in a 2# density (AG-2011). Both densities can be supplied in a natural, gray and black color in rolls starting at 1/16" thick and in sheets up to 3" thick. EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) foams can be supplied die cut or waterjet cut to your exact dimensions or slit to rolls as narrow as ¼" wide up to 60" wide. As an added feature, both densities can be supplied with an adhesive backing on one or both sides.
